1、 Demand analysis

With the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the large-scale planning and construction in various regions have led to the compression of power transmission (distribution) line channels. The illegal building of houses, three spans, planting trees, illegal operations, sudden and seasonal breakdowns in the transmission protection zone pose a great threat to the safe operation of the line. In some places, the island phenomenon of poles and towers even occurs, which seriously threatens the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Therefore, our company has developed a "transmission line video monitoring device" based on the above conditions to solve the problems of transmission line patrol, protection against external damage, three spans, tree superelevation, tower crane at the construction site, vehicles crossing overhead lines and other situations of power transmission (distribution) lines for real-time video monitoring, so as to ensure the stable operation of the line.

2、 Working principle

The transmission line video online monitoring device mainly focuses on video monitoring, including main control unit, communication module, power module, AI cloud billiard machine and wireless transmission unit; Solar energy and lithium battery are used for power supply. The front-end AI cloud billiard machine is used to collect video data, and the image/video data is transmitted to the monitoring center through the 4G/5G/WIFI/OPGW optical fiber network to achieve real-time monitoring of transmission line patrol, external damage prevention, three span lines, tree superelevation, tower cranes at the construction site, vehicles crossing overhead lines and other conditions affecting the operation of the transmission line, so as to ensure the stable operation of the line.
